Welcome to Donsö
 In 2009 Donsömässan was held on Donsö, the event was a great success, attracting 400 shipping professionals taking part i speed meetings, seminars and after work activities. In June 2011 it is time again, same concept only bigger.
Donsö Tanker Meet will be the place to be in 2011 if you are working with/supplying Tanker Shipping in any way. This 2-day event offers face to face meetings of your choice, seminars all focusing on tanker shipping and TMSA related topics.
How does it work?
In order to participate at Donsö Tanker Meet you need to register online, when the registration is completed you will be notified that the meeting reservation is open. You will receive login by mail and have access to all names of all participants. The meeting maker software® will guide you through the process of reserving meetings with other participants. You can make your meeting reservations from the comfort of your office. A week before the event all participants will receive their own personal agenda for the two days, each participants can have up to 15 meetings in two days Suppliers has an opportunity to exhibit their products/services and for exhibitors all meetings with shipping companies will be held in the own stand.
Exhibition
The exhibition package includes an exhibition shell stand area (2x2.5 m) with a bar table and two bar stools. Smaller products can be exhibited, as an exhibitor, you will have your pre-booked meetings in your own area. The exhibitor fee is SEK 25000. Transportation, lunch, coffee and refreshments are included.
Conference only
As a conference delegate you will have all your pre-booked meetings at numbered tables. The 2-day conference is SEK 5500. The fee includes lunch, coffee and refreshments on Tuesday and Wednesday. Meeting bookings and seminar program with calendar, a meeting table and a list of participants are included.
Banquette dinner
On Tuesday evening there will be a unique opportunity to dine with the ship owners, operatives and other exhibiting companies. As an exhibitor two covers are included in the price. If you wish to add more attendants to the dinner there is an additional charge of SEK 1250 per person. As a conference delegate the dinner is included for one person. A SEK 200 registration fee will apply to all attending dinner guests.
