I have just registered for a subscription, when does the first magazine arrive?
That depends on the publishing dates, check our Editorial Schedule here.
How do I renew my subscription?
You will receive an offer for continued subscription in good time before your present subscription runs out.
Where is my subscription number?
On the top right corner of the invoice or on the magazine address label.
I have given notice of a change of address but the magazine still comes to my old address.
Your notification has probably been registered after the printer has labelled the magazine, should the next magazine arrive at the wrong address, please contact us.
My invoice has an incorrect amount printed on it, what do I do?
We recommend that you contact us for correction, do not forget to have your subscription number at hand when calling.
Why is it so expensive to subscribe in some parts of the world?
This is due to various postage costs and unfortunately nothing we can affect.
I have received a magazine but I did not order a subscription, how do I stop the subscription?
We only deliver ordered magazines, contact us and we will assist you.
How do I order single copies of the magazine?
